What is your all inclusive light program? 

We understand your desire to make the Christmas light experience as simple and easy as possible so we offer an all inclusive light program. With this program, you get to enjoy the benefits of the most beautiful lights on the street with the easiest process possible.

You will enjoy these benefits:​

  • Full Season Warranty- Warranty of your system for the entire season. If a bulb goes out or timer stops working we will arrive at your home within 24-hours of notification to fix it, free of charge.

  • Storage- When the holiday season is over, we will store the lights and décor and make any adjustments needed during the off season to ensure perfectly functioning lights for next year.

  • Quality- We ensure that you always have the most efficient lights possible on your home. When needed we will upgrade the light system for your home for free. 

  • Flexibility- Want warm white this year and red and white next year? No problem! You have complete flexibility to change your design and add to the décor of your home. 

  • Cost Effective Option- Our all inclusive light option is more cost effective than purchasing options and gives the greatest flexibility. 

  • Loyalty Discount- After the first year, you will enjoy our loyalty discount for all LOTW family members! 

Because you are not purchasing the lights or décor you are free from the hassle of storage, maintenance, service calls and get to enjoy the flexibility of a new design each and every year. 

Do you offer a light purchasing option?

Yes, we do offer a light purchasing option. Although this option is not as cost effective as our all-inclusive light option we know sometimes, purchasing is the best option for you!

With the light purchasing program you can expect: 

  • Purchase of the custom LED lights- Once your second deposit is paid after our initial install, you will own the lights/décor. 

  • Warranty- You will enjoy our full-season warranty for the first year of use. If a bulb goes out, give us a call and we will arrive within 24-hours of notification. 

  • Storage- When the holiday season is up, we will take down your lights and place the lights in a tub for you to store at your home. 

  • Next year- The following year you will enjoy a discounted rate for install. You will be responsible for any repairs and maintenance needed to your lights the following year.

What can I expect once I have booked online?

Once your first deposit is paid we will get started on turning your home into a winter wonderland! We will reach out to you and see what color scheme you desire and any additional holiday décor you would like to add to your home. At that point we will get you scheduled for the next available slot. We can not guarantee a time or date due to high volume of installs. 

When your lighting day arrives we will reach out to you and let you know when the polar express (truck and trailer) will be headed your way. Once our crew is on site working, you are free to watch us work our magic! If you are not home during that time, that is perfectly fine too. If you have kids, bring them by the polar express to pick out a goodie from our treasure box! We enjoy making this moment as special as possible for you and your family! 

Once install is complete, we will review the finish product with you and see if you have any questions. At that point the remining balance on your invoice will be due. Once the invoice is paid we will clean up all of our supplies and leave your property clean and tidy!
